the process of finding your pet. Begin the process by notifying us:
Submit a
Lost/Found Pet Notice to Chimney Hills residents in the form below. Please include your phone
number and unique identifying characteristics of your pet such as breed, size,
color, eye color, tag information (if any), etc.
If
you have a picture of the pet, please notify us. If it is in a digital format (in
a computer file) you can e-mail it to us at chimneyhills@yahoo.com.
If you just have a snapshot, please call Dave Hynes at 481-0151 and he will
pickup your picture to scan it.
When your info is submitted in the form
