Report a Lost/Found Pet
If you've lost your pet, this is a great place to begin the process of finding your pet. Begin the process by notifying us:
  1. Submit a Lost/Found Pet Notice to Chimney Hills residents in the form below. Please include your phone number and unique identifying characteristics of your pet such as breed, size, color, eye color, tag information (if any), etc.

If you have a picture of the pet, please notify us. If it is in a digital format (in a computer file) you can e-mail it to us at chimneyhills@yahoo.com. If you just have a snapshot, please call Dave Hynes at 481-0151 and he will pickup your picture to scan it.

When your info is submitted in the form below, an e-mail will be sent to the Chimney Hills webmaster.   Your lost pet information (including photo) will be entered on our website and also sent via global e-mail  to Chimney Hills residents alerting them that your pet has been lost.

  1. Submit information about your Lost/Found pet to TulsaPets.com. This website contains a wealth of information on how to notify City of Tulsa authorities about your lost pet as follows:
Register your Pet
To register your pet, go to the Chimney Hills Estates Online Directory. If you have not previously registered, please do so including adding your pet information. In the event your lost pet is found by a CHE resident, they can now search the Online Directory's Pet Registry to see if the pet they have found belongs to a CHE resident. If they determine the pet they have found is yours, they can easily contact you via your phone number listed in the CHE Online Directory.
